I'm Mohamed Sassi, and I'm building Covepet to help pet parents keep health records organized. Right now, this site is an information-only marketing site. I don't sell data and I don't share it with anyone. Period.
What I Collect
Right now, this website doesn't ask you to sign up or submit personal details.
- Basic analytics (page views and clicks), if enabled
- Standard server logs (e.g. IP address) from hosting/CDN providers
When Covepet launches, this policy will be updated to cover account data and pet health records.
What I Won't Do
- Sell your data - I'm not building a data harvesting operation
- Share with third parties - No marketing companies, no advertisers
- Spam you - You'll only hear from me when there's real news
- Track you across the web - No creepy retargeting pixels
When Covepet Launches
Once the app is live, here's my commitment:
- Your pet's health data will be encrypted and stored in Canada
- You can export all your data anytime in standard formats (PDF, CSV)
- You can delete your account and all data whenever you want
- If I can't sustain Covepet, you'll get 90 days notice and full data export
Canadian Privacy Laws
Covepet is built in Ontario, Canada. Your data is subject to Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), which are among the strictest in the world. Your information stays in Canada, on Canadian servers (AWS Canada region).
Analytics & Cookies
If analytics are enabled, I use basic, privacy-minded metrics (page views and clicks) to improve the site. I don't run ad retargeting and I don't track you across other websites.
