CovePet is the owner’s side: what happened at home, when it started, what the dose is. It becomes one page you hand over at the visit PetDesk booked.

PetDesk is the clinic’s side. If your clinic uses it, it is the fastest way to a refill or an appointment, and it will keep sending reminders.

What the clinic cannot see

The clinic’s record starts when you walk in. The two weeks before, the skipped meals and the head shaking, are only in your record, if you kept one.

PetDesk shows you the clinic’s records. It does not describe a place for your own notes between visits.

Care due and follow-ups live in the record today. Notifications are in progress.

PetDesk’s reminders come from the clinic and they work. If reminders are the whole job, PetDesk does it now.
